Behind the kitchen door

"Behind the kitchen door" is a book that will be soon coming out about the restaurant industry written by Saru Jayaraman, co-director of Restaurant Opportunities Centers United. I went to Berkeley to hear her speak and was incredibly impressed by her erudition, passion and commitment to change. I can guarantee that you will be hearing a lot more from her.
